what are the rules if anyone know for a homebuilt furnace in

brooklyn? going to do it in their backyard.

i try to use a cheapo kiln my folks house wiring always trips when i try to set it for high. so now i'm going the home built furnace thing for my project. is there any rules i should know. gonna do charcoal or electric arc made from old welder i have.

I don't KNOW a homebuilt furnace violates NYC fire and building code, but
I must admit I certainly hope it does.

nothing industrial something small to melt aluminum trying to make stuff with LOL. i seen people craft stuff with it. I would hate to get my folks into trouble. i seen them it in art studios. but who knows what the laws are.
