Did anyone else hear it last night?

Now, mind you, sometimes when i am totally exhausted, my mind makes things up, but I could have sworn I heard shots last night. like a bunch of them. probably 5 or 6. my guess is that it was somewhere around washington and sterling or washington and st. johns...

am i the only one who heard it?
have i been hitting the whacky weed too hard again?? :wink:
i thought for sure there would be something here today.

    any idea what it was? I couldnt tell if it was gunshots or like firecrackers.

    Round what time? I'm right on Washington btw park n sterling, my dog was acting nervous but I thought it was thunder, it's also not unusual to hear firecrackers on this street...

    I wanna say it was around 9pm. But thats just a guess. I was literally falling asleep on myself.

    yeah, I recon I'dve had headphones on at that point, but I do think my dog herd 'em.... I don't like gun shots. :(

    I wanna say it was around 9pm. But thats just a guess. I was literally falling asleep on myself.

    Yep. Heard that. Four pops. It happened a bit later, maybe 9:30-10:00pm...I was just thinkin' of steppin' out on the stoop to have a cigarette, and I decided to stay in a few minutes and wait for the OK Corral scene to calm.

    i am glad someone else heard it too.

    No idea. There were no sirens after either, but it definitely wasn't firecrackers (I've had some experience with both fireworks and firearms, so I can tell the difference pretty clearly).

    It's important to call the cops if you hear shots fired. If no one calls, they won't come.
