Hazmat Suits

Hello Everyone,
Does anybody know why there were guys in hazmat suits on Lincoln Place (between Washington and Underhill) on Saturday, April 3rd?
They were using a vacuum to clean-up dust particles. I tried to ask them what they where doing but they would not respond.

    Under Jobs/Filings at the bottom you get to the Job Overview, Click on a current Job # and scroll down to 22 Asbestos Abatement Compliance. Most jobs have the second box checked but if there is a positive test for asbestos then the first box is checked.

    Most lead is dealt with in a containment manner, i.e. painting or sheetrocking over.
