Meura Hair Salon on 5th---anyone try it?

I go into Bay Ridge for my haircut and color and while I love them (Pilo Arts) I feel like my stylist is getting used to me and is a little boring. Plus, she won't give me red highlights. Who does that?'

Thought I am afraid of making the switch, I think it's time to give it a try.

Any feedback??

Why wont she give you red highlights?

She says that they fade too quickly and are hard to maintain..meanwhile I am in there every 6 weeks anyway. I feel like I belong in Jersey Shorewith my darjk haor and blonde highlights. Blah.

They do fade quickly but if you're willing to deal with the upkeep (washing your hair less often/with cold water) you'll be fine. Red fades fastest in general but im sure you know many many people who have dyed red hair without a problem...
