Attempted Mugging on Butler and Sterling

two kids between the age of 15 and 20 at aprox. 9pm on Sunday. Saw I was coming, made a beeline. Demanded that I close my eyes, hand over whatever I had. Looked down at the pavement, planted my feet and stalled. After awhile they said they were just playing, and walked away. Very strange.

i never understood some criminals why they always go, oh i was just playing.

Did you report this to the police? I happened upon a woman who had just been mugged/jumped last night at about the same location.

Most likely looking for a soft target. Sadly, many people would probably have
just froze, and handed over the goods.
