What was the noize in Prospect Park this morning? A sound system, cranked up so high it covered the entire lake, seemed to emanate from the skating rink, around 10:30 am. "Music" that could have been rock, punk/grunge, or rap -- audio image too blurry to tell. But loud enough to keep the birds from showing themselves, or the quieter park-users from enjoying a peaceful a.m. Who allows this stuff in Prospect Park on Sunday mornings????
