Low Balance Bank Account

I'm looking for a bank in Park Slope which offers a non-fee savings account (a checking account would be OK too) for my daughter. She got slammed by low balance fees recently, had to close the account and now needs a bank. Suggestions?

TD Bank has no-fee savings, and they will give her a free checking account with no minimum for a year. After the year, the minimum to avoid a fee is $100. But if she's a student (can't tell by your question) I believe the fee/minimum is waived.
