Where to Donate Household Items and Toys

Does anyone know where household items and toys could be donated in Prospect Heights? I know Union Temple takes clothing, but have a bunch of other random stuff and want to get it to the right place. Thanks!

Toys at semi-regular toy-swap at Underhill Playground. Contact "friends of underhill playground" for the next date. http://www.nycgovparks.org/events/2010/05/15/its-my-park-day-at-underhill-playground. Other household items... the street has a way of recycling within hours goods of marginal value to me but apparent value to others; I figure that whoever gets it needs it more than me and therefore the rightful recipient.

Church on the corner of Lincoln and Classen. Lots of really needy and grateful people pick up food and clothes there.
