BQE Extenstion?

I was at a meeting tonight and I heard mention of a fully funded planned extension to the BQE. I have no other details, except that there are some upcoming public meetings about this. Did I completely miss something? Was this decided many years ago?

Guessing this has little if anything to do with Prospect Heights. :P

Where was the meeting? Was it a CB meeting or something?

It was a organizational meeting about something completely different, and one of my fellow meet-ees mentioned that she had been asked to participate in these public hearings. She thought that this extension has something to do with Atlantic Yards, so the effect on Prospect Heights is debatable.
