parking lot on 15th/8th reopened?

just drove by and the sign was out, $9.00 for the day. it would seem the parking lot is back in business.

anyone know anything?

I read something about this, but I cannot remember where I saw it. I think the owner successfully got the CofO changed so he could legally open this, but it may be a limited number of spaces. Don't quote me on that, though.

and i read something that i can't find now, lol, that said something like, "we got them to close down the illegal parking lot on 15th"

i wish i knew where we both saw these things!
