Hot Yoga

A friend is scouting locations to open a hot yoga studio. The location will be in Prospect Heights or Crown Heights, on either Washington or Franklin Ave. Can a hot yoga studio flourish in this area? Is there any interest?

if by "hot yoga" you mean bikram.
i know a handful that would go to a studio on washington.
