Hi. I'm looking at an apartment right off the montrose stop (near that middle school on Meserole). I've seen other topics about this area but wanted to get an updated 2010 opinion on it. I know it's near a couple projects on the west side of Bushwick ave which leaves me somewhat skeptical. Thanks.
