Cool looking bld at Sterling Place Underhill Ave ???

I drive daily passing a very cool looking building at the corner of Sterling and Underhill Ave. It has some wood partioning on the ceiling, and rooms look big. Big windows and funky looking roof...

That picture's probably from last summer= = there's foliage on the trees, and the Underhill playground hasn't been demolished yet.
