Chocolate Factory Gets Sued

First of all, I don't think the building should be referred to as a "luxury building."

Secondly, they're on the 3rd floor and their windows face a parking lot. They definitely do not have "Manhattan skyline views". Maybe they meant to say that they can see the sky over Manhattan.

Yeah, well the people on the third floor who liked to throw bottles and cigarettes and my very old dog (when he was alive) should get conned for all they're worth.

*edit: never mind, that's a different "Chocolate Factory" building. But still these "luxury" developments do attract their share overgrown frat boys.
