So my car repair shop has closed. And I need a new place--mostly for tune ups and maintenance. Any Bed-Stuy (or FG or CH as well) recommendations?

Thanks!

I highly recommend Richie at Z Automotive; Richie's in Flatbush, but way worth it, on 4907 Farragut Rd. between Utica and E.49th. He was recommended to us by a couple we know, and he fixed us up for minor repairs and through a partner, did state inspection tests and resulting fixes (we passed) for a used car we recently purchased. He was extremely professional, honest, down-to-earth and inexpensive. Nothing he did seemed unneeded or superfluous and he even advised me not to worry about several things in that they were not symptomatic of problems needing fixing; and he explained everything. Tell him the guy with the white Subaru recommended him if you choose him. If you want more specific info, PM me.

    Cheers,

How about Kents auto repair on Kent off Myrtle bet myrtle and park avenues. Nicky is very honest . As a female i am weary of mechanics but he has always been extremely honest with me.

Also there is Errols auto repair on Willoughby and Skillman. He also is an honest mechanic. I go to both but go to Kent as my sweetie goes there also.
