July Sublet in Carroll Gardens

Hi All,

I'm looking for someone to sublet my place for the month of July (dates are flexible). I live in Carroll Gardens, a quiet, picturesque neighborhood in Brooklyn. My apartment is a 1.5 bedroom, meaning that there's a kitchen, living room, workspace, and bedroom (yes, bathroom too!). Tons of light and views of the Empire State Building. I'm close enough to any kind of NYC action, but also far enough that you can hear birds, see trees, and breathe easy.

Rent would be $1500 for the month, which is a super deal (market is $2,200). Perfect for people looking to check out NY in the summer (one of the most exciting places in the world), need it for work, study, etc. If interested, I can provide some pictures!
