Construction???

So I've been up since 2a.m. and I have been listening to what sounds like heavy duty construction coming from Atlantic Yards (pounding/hammering, back-up beeping, pipes clanging, etc). I thought construction wasn't allowed until 7am? Unless, I'm hearing some thing else.

They've been jackhammering at the vanderbilt and atlantic intersection late nights for the last month or so. Looks like road repair as opposed to atlantic yards, but still annoying as hell.

yeah seen the road guys at night. sucks but best time is at night.
