Controlling the Cat Population and Kittens!

Hi,
I am over by 74th and 6th ave. There are a bunch of stray/feral cats over here.
I am hoping to get a TNR even here for the cats. Any one interested in helping?
There are a bunch of kittens that will be ready for adoption and socialization in a couple of weeks, if you are interested.
