Traffic will be re-routed onto 20th Street

Via CB7:

State DOT is repairing the exit ramp for the Prospect Expressway from the Gowanus Expressway to the Prospect. These sign changes are temporary while this repair is taking place. These signs will be in effect for the next 35 days. Parking will be restored by Labor Day. When the signs went up Thursday afternoon, they were supposed to be covered because the signs were not in effect until today, Monday. Traffic will be re-routed onto 20th Street. Parking is available for residents underneath the Gowanus and on 5th Avenue (5th Avenue was re-opened as a two-way street).

20th Street parking was restored to normal today.
