Tipping Smart Move movers

So, sadly, my boyfriend and I have to move from Park Slope (to Los Angeles -- ugh!). We've hired Smart Move to ship our stuff; the company is like ABF U-Pack, where you load your stuff into crates and they ship it with other freight across country.

However, Smart Move is also providing labor to load the crates for us. My question is: how much do I tip these guys? They're not doing any packing, and they're only loading the crate (not unloading on the other end), but we want to make sure they get fair compensation -- it's going to be hot, and we've got a lot of stuff!

Any feedback would be appreciated -- the truck arrives tomorrow morning!

You should have gone with FlatRate....you wouldn't have this dilemma. All of their fees are set and you don't have to worry about extra costs at the end of the move. Check out their MySpace page http://www.myspace.com/los_angeles_movers_org or check out their website http://www.losangelesmovers.org
