Anyone recognize this cat?

He's neutered, under a year old, and very friendly. I trapped him on President Street between 7th and 8th on July 16th. He'd been on the street for at least 3 weeks, maybe longer since he was very skinny. If he has a family out there somewhere they would have been looking for him about 2 months ago. I've named him Quincy for now since I found him on President street. He loves other cats and even likes my dog. If no one claims him he'll be up for adoption.
