Roommate needed for big Bushwick 2BR off Morgan Ave L!! $720

Hi guys--

I've renewed the lease on my 2BR in Bushwick, but my roommate recently followed his career to another city. So I need a roommate to get on the (12 mo.) lease with me, starting August 11th (but you can move in as soon as you want)!

The building is off the Morgan Ave L station and the Myrtle Avenue J/M/Z station-- about 25-30 minutes from Union Square. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with multiple laundromats, groceries, and bodegas within 4-5 blocks. The apartment, on the 2nd floor, is pretty effing big by NY standards-- even by Brooklyn standards-- and the building has really awesome roof access. It's $720 a month (first/last month due at signing as security deposit), which doesn't include utilities, but they usually run $25 to $45 a person per month, depending on the season.

I'm 21 and finishing my undergrad, while working 2 jobs to support myself. I'm clean and cool and very on top of paying rent/utilities. My apologies for the crumminess of the photos below. Hey Alex, I'm doing an event this Sunday at Soda Bar in Prospect Heights. This is for finding roommates and apartments - and people with apartments benefit the most b/c they can screen lots of people at the same time. Last week was the wbug/bushwick event at alligator lounge, but you may find luck at this event too. It's every month, so if you run into trouble again, come down.
