Best coffee shop in Ft. Greene/Clinton Hill

What is the best place to drink coffee, use wireless internet, and plug in your computer in the Ft. Greene or Clinton Hill area? My requirements are:

-decent coffee
-semi-reliable internet
-air-conditioning or powerful fan action
-plenty of outlets and seats

Am I asking too much, or does a place like this exist?

    Outpost. Fulton St between Downing and Irving. Clinton Hill. Bagels are pretty amazing too.

    Hi! I just moved to Clinton Hill. My husband and I were at Nero Doro yesterday and they had great coffee and free wifi! I didn't check the outlet situation. They are at the corner of Classon and Greene.
