Right on the border- before the BQE there is a bar with a pool table and a bbq in the yard for the customers to use. I just can't remember the name-try the board over there.

for the ladies, cattyshack has a sunday afternoon bbq...

East River Bar, in Williamsburg lets you grill it out.

Rope, up on Myrtle between Vanderbilt and Clinton, has a grill out back that I've seen them let people use.
