I know technically it's Windsor Terrace. Went to pick up a bagel at Terrace Bagels and saw these two non-union rats parked outside of Shawarma Mediterranean Grill Flame House on 16th Street bet 8th Ave and PPW. I guess they're employing non-union workers. :)

I assume the real reason is the TKR management company is using non-union workers. I thought the rats only came out for construction sites using non-union workers.

I've wondered whether it would be fun if the management could erect a large inflatable cat in response to the union's rat.

....there could be competing animals all the way up the block.

An inflatable guy with a shot gun would be the last float.

Not necessarily. The rat shows up at any matter of union protests, even of the MTA leaders http://amny.com/urbanite-1.812039/union-makes-it-personal-by-bringing-protests-and-rat-to-mta-chief-s-home-1.1907112

The good news is if you own a store that sells rats and hire non-union workers for construction, it's free advertising!
