New Residential Buildings in Crown Heights

With the recent shootings/violence around Franklin and Lincoln, and with the Skywatch going back up, I wonder if it has had any affect on the new building on Lincoln (between Franklin & Classon) or if it has affected sales of the new condos at the corner of Lincoln and Classon (if they are even for sale yet...does anyone know?) I would imagine it must make buying or renting an expensive, luxury apartment in that area a little difficult.

I also find it funny what people consider luxury apartments here. That's a standard apartment in any new development when you visit any other city.

You're right, I guess luxury is a relative term. Although having a washer and dryer sounds like luxury to me :) I just wonder what kind of people live there who are willing to pay so much.
