i had not seen any chatter on this and wanted to say it is open and see what others thought. they carry some fresh produce, big bags of lentils/beans/besan, snacks, various sized bags of spices - quite a lot for a store the size of a standard bodega. there were a number of deep freezers in the back - curious to see what ends up going in there.
excited to find some of these ingredients closer to home

Fresh produce? Where is it located? Fulton St and where?

I think we should all shop there. Immigrant entrepreneurs are what makes this country great. (In Silicon Valley, as well as Brooklyn.)

they are just past bedford on fulton, north side of the street. the top sign says something like supermarket and lists west indian and bangladeshi, but they just added a canvas sign, but i can't remember the name (sorry)
the produce selection is small but it was nice to pick up 1/2 a lb of fresh dates ($5 per lb). just waiting for the last few to ripen...
a lot of the spices they carry are the Swad brand. wish the guy behind the counter was a little nicer but, eh
