I live near 93 Underhill and it looks so awesome from the outside, but I can't find any information online about it. Do people own or rent in this building? Is it represented by a specific realty company? What is the going rent or cost of a one bedroom or studio there?

I live at 93 Underhill Ave and the apartments are great but need work. One bedrooms run $1800 per month. Our management company is called 93 Underhill Realty Corp. There is a long waiting list for an apartment in our building as most of the tenants have lived there for years. We have hand our apartment for 15 years.
