Old Deli On The Slope

Lots of activity happening on the ground floor. I asked one of the workers what was being done and he said he "didn't know"... Does anyone have any information? I live on the street, so I'm excited that both sides of St. Johns are getting gussied up, and I'm hoping something good goes in the space.

That place used to be my bodega almost 10 years ago. It was the only place you could get Mallomars in the summer (because they had been sitting around since the fall). Ah, memories.

yeah, across from los pollitos. there was a car crash in the window last year and it's been dormant ever since. I hope it's something good!

I've asked these guys a bunch of times what's going in and I believe they truly have no idea. My guess is that the landlord is just fixing it up to make it sellable.
