Orthopedist in the area

Apologies if this is in the wrong section, but I was wondering if anyone knows of a good orthopedist around here. My shin has been bothering me for weeks, so I think it's time to finally see someone. P. Heights/Park Slope would be ideal, but if you know of anyone particularly good in other parts of the city, that'd also be helpful. Thanks.

He operated on my knees a few months ago. He was competent and communicative.

Not in Park Slope, but Dr. Donald Rose is amazing. Was able to fix a knee issue that prior surgeries didn't. I will never go to another orthopedist. He works out of the Hospital for Joint Disease and also has a practice uptown on 80th & Park.
