Hot Red Chile Peppers at Key Foods right now

KF on 5th and Sterling. Just a heads up, I seem to remember someone posting about searching for red chilies.

These look a lot like my families Chile De Arbol bushes back home. They are not as fresh as you would hope, but if you are a hot pepper lover it's worth a try. I bought a bundle and will try it out tomorrow in a salsa. I'll probably bite into one of the green ones tonight with dinner and see how hot they are.

my neighbors were playing an alternating mix of the red hot chili peppers and elton john last night for hours.

it didn't bother me; we have good walls. but i was curious as to what inspired that combination.

I wandered through the Union Square greenmarket last saturday and there were peppers galore. If that's what you're looking for, head to the greenmarket (probably just as good a selection at GAP now; haven't been lately)

Union Sq has way more variety than GAP, if you're looking for something particular
