just re-discovered a wonderful Mediterranean local spot!!!

I just went back to this place called Kif the other day, it's on dekalb between adelphi and clermont. It had been closed last winter and re-opened sometime ago, not sure when.

After a long hiatus, i'm glad i went in for dinner with a date. We had a shrimp tagine and heirloom tomato salad and then the Vegetarian Couscous for me and the Steak for him.

We loved it. It was so romantic, the decor is super cozy and warm. I want to find out who goes there. Their bar apparently just got their liquor license again and i'd like to connect with other locals who have lived or appreciate north african and mediterranean cultures like me.

Oops i almost forgot... a nice addition to the whole experience was the 25% off on the wine bottle we got, apparently it's a deal for a couple of weeks...
