Just found out - A french bistro style tapas bar will be opening next door to the new sushi bar that is supposed to be opening on Nostrand (near Pacific).

    Oh yeah --- and the new spot at 724 Franklin - by the owners of Franklin Park - is going to be some type of oyster bar (we were late for that presentation at the community board meeting, so we missed the exact description).
