The Blue Roost: New Cafe in PLG

Hi everyone,

The other night I had dinner at a wonderful new cafe/restaurant, the Blue Roost on 539 Flatbush (Corner of Flatbush and Lincoln, across the street from Enduro, K-Dog etc): http://theblueroost.com/

The website looks like it is under construction, but it is delicious North Carolina Fare (Pulled Pork stew, Quiche, Mac and Cheese). They have good veggie options too (Avo/Hummus Sandwiches, Chickpea Salads etc). THey are small and it is BYOB, but the owners are super nice and the food is really affordable and really delicious. They are also a coffee/pastry shop during the day! I welcome them into the neighborhood!
