New place on 5th Ave between 6th and 7th?

Anyone know what this place is going to be? It looks like a restaurant (maybe take out)? It's right next to the dry cleaners on the corner of 5th and 7th street. I can't seem to find any info anywhere.

i thought i read a while ago that the chinese place across the street is moving into there. Is it called Food Chow or something like that?

I also read somewhere that the chinese place is moving in there. I'm excited for it to open, it was a decent, consistant source of late-night eats and this spot looks much nicer
