lenox road?

any thoughts on lenox road between flatbush and bedford? is this one of those "dicey" blocks? just saw a 1 br rental, just not sure of this block...any feedback would be greatly appreciated...forgive the possible double post...i got an error message and not sure if the first post went through...

    I wouldn't recommend it. Lenox Road is the not the safest street.

    Despite what the add might say, this location is in Flatbush.

    Well, this blog does cover PLG, which is in Flatbush, but Lenox Road is slightly south of PLG (which ends at Clarkson).

    This is not Prospect Lefferts Gardens though. There is a separate neighborhood forum on this blog that covers Flatbush, Ditmas Park, Kensington, and Midwood.
