You have gone on various sites and embarrassed me and my company. What was the point? We have already had problems in the community.

I'm skeptical. The old CHJ strikes me as authentic.

Mr. eastbloc that is the problem. I had a customer come in and tell me about this site a couple days ago. But she mentioned there were other sites where this person goes. Can people give me the address of these?

The alleged imposter has also bombarded multiple message boards advertising the stores services. I'd be curious to see where the IP addresses lead. As many of the posts seem to speak from the intellectual level of a teenager wouldn't surprise me if we are about to witness a father and son conflict of sorts. Younger generations are much more tech friendly maybe dad is just finding out about it now. Would explain the immature and insensitive tone coupled with advertising pitch in the same breath. Very strange indeed.

The problem is we have two relatively anonymous posters claiming to represent CHJ, so it's hard to figure out the situation. If either party would care to contact me privately, that might help clarify.

I'm sure she will, but I don't see how that gets us any closer to verifying your identity. Given this response, I am becoming inclined to believe that you don't actually represent CHJ.

Perhaps posting or sending the moderator a pdf of a utility bill with store address on it, or business license etc. would be more helpful in proving who the imposter is. Providing information that any one in the public can obtain will not resolve the question.

Could the 'CHJ' avatar be a scheme to make the business look bad in the eyes of these online communities?

If so, such 'advertising' would add an air of legitimacy while still serving the intended purpose.

I googled it and couldn't find any other places where someone is posting as Crow Hill Jewelry. It could be out there, though.
