Internet Cable down

The internet and cable have been down in my building on Dean St. near Franklin Ave since Sunday night (I'm posting from work). My roommate thinks that a cable box was knocked down in the wind. An upstairs neighbor called Time Warner to complain yesterday and had a hell of a time getting through, and so he won't call, and the account is in his name so I can't do it. Does anyone know if this is more of a widespread problem?

No problem in my building, I'm also near Franklin. Good luck with getting it fixed.

It miraculously reappeared this morning. And the bus that has been stuck on my corner has finally been cleared away too!
