Whither Murder Avenue

I have to admit that I am amazed but the changes that are taking place on Myrtle Avenue. Old shops moving out (getting moved out?) and a never ending stream of bars and restaurants moving in. It's fair to say that I hardly recognize some stretches of it these days.

A new Farmer In The Deli down by the new Pratt building, another green/organic market and a cafe that bills itself as "Brooklyn's upscale dessert lounge".

How do other folks feel about the changes that have been taking place?
