    Please print out those photos and your post, put them under windshield wiper of every car on the block.

    Bring them to the block association as well.

    Put them on the telephone poles.

    ....this should get the guys to go away at the least.

    Note: I assume the police have already been involved

    ....is the guy who was the subject the attempted phone grab ok?

    Any idea what happened to cause this event to only be an "attempted phone grab", as opposed to a "successful phone grab"?

    The neighbor who got grabbed resisted. There's a pretty good looking kung-fu style kick from him on the security video.

    Wouldn't recommend it to everyone in that situation but can't say I'm sorry he gave it back to them.

    Rachel, I'm 99% sure the OP is discussing an incident that occurred on the block of St John's that runs from Underhill to Washington.
