Robberies on NY Avenue

I know that robberies are not big news, but people should know that there has been a pattern of robberies on New York Avenue between Lincoln and Bergen since New Year's. The suspects are mostly teens. Police say they are taking advantage of the cold weather, as well as slower police response times during snow storms. Please take whatever precautions are possible.

    Close to wear I was mugged in late 2009 -- Bergen at Brooklyn. Also by teens.
