I will have a large 1 bedroom apartment available in Park Slope soon. I am the landlord, so there is no fee involved. The apartment is a floor thru railroad apartment with 2 separate entrances. Its on the 3ed floor of a 4 story brownstone. Heat and hot water included. Cats are allowed and the rent is $1650.

My apartments rent very quickly. At the end of Feb. I will post an ad on craigslist...at which point it rents in a few days.
