New eatery for 7th ave???

A work permit sign at 555 7th ave (betwwen 19th and 20th street) says that a new eatery is to be built there. Does anyone know what it will be?

A beer garden is coming soon in the space where the old gas station is! Can't wait!

Joe at Joe's Auto Glass across the street from the site is saying it's L&B Spumoni Gardens. The original restaurant is a family-style place in Gravesend. Web search shows great reviews for the pizza and spumoni.

whoa! If that's true, it's major. L&B SG was one of the few true joys of living in Gravesend.

Now I hear its going to be a very large beer garden!!

Any news on the status of the beer garden place? The outside part of it looks like it would be ready for picnic tables any day now, but it's looked like it's been close to being ready for awhile.
