Store that does Foreign DVD transfers?

Does anyone know of a store around here that can transfer the material of a European Region 2 DVD to an American Region 1 DVD? By "around here" I don't just mean Park Slope - anywhere in Brooklyn or even anywhere in New York City, I would appreciate. Thanks.

    Or you could just use a (free) DVD decrypter program and then burn a code-free DVD yourself.

    My son used a free decrypter program but it didn't work.

    anyone know a store?
