A good time warner experience!!

I am still in a little bit of shock. I have twc signature package which promises better customer service. I didn't expect it to actually be true. I called about a problem with my DVR and got striaght through to a real live person( after entering my phone number)I was shocked by that alone but then he told me he could have a technician out to me in 2 hours to fix it...I laughed when he said it...lets see if the guy shows up....

    Did you have TWC regular service before siging up for their Signature program? If so, what was the price difference?

    All fixed !!I was paying $270 for 3 dvrs and internet. Now $220 for 2 multiroom dvrs and 2 playback boxes.Plus phone and internet.
