Looking for 2 BR+ in Cobble Hill/Carroll Gardens/Boerum Hill $2000-2500

Hi,

Family looking to move to either Carroll Gardens/Cobble Hill/Boerum Hill. As long as it's in good school district (P.S. 58, 29, 261). Our price range is $2000 to $2500. Has to be two bedroom or up.

    Seriously. That is the going price for a one bedroom in these parts. I hope you find something but it's going to be almost impossible.

    I know this is not what you are asking, but I think you might be able to find that in the South Slope and PS 10 is supposed to be very good. Try Google PadMapper to see whats available and the exact location of the listing on a map.

    It's possible to find a two bedroom for $2500 in the area. You just have to keep looking. Ten years ago I was told I'd never find a two bedroom for under 2,000 in the area and I manged to do it.
