I just want to know the address of the ad, I hate wasting time discovering some buildings are not where they say it is at. So they take time to take my name phone number etc....

only thing they have to do is give me the address and I'll give them a call if its within my area of interest. other wise its a big waste of time for both of us.

last thing they want is you going to the address, finding managements number in lobby, and calling landlord yourself and squeezing them out of fee....i would think

but time wasting is time wasting lol. prospect heights or clinton hill ends up in bedstuy or crown heights etc... with a address bang, not in the right place next place etc..

yes there are unscrupulous people but that could be easily done, by having a friend show up and see address and start contract and drop out and find out who the owners are and do it from there easier and no need to cold call.
