what is going in at 4th and 2nd street

does anyone know what the large mostly glass building that is going in between 1st and third streets on 4th avenue is? i heard a hotel but that doesn't look right to me...

I think someone said it is a new Con Ed building? Not 100% sure though, check some of the old posts.

Actually, the lowrise building on the Gowanus side of Fourth Avenue is Con Ed. The highrise on the Park Slope side, if that's the building you are talking about, is either a condo or a rental building. (Rental, I believe, developed by Leviev Boymelgreen.)
