yay! I am so glad we aren't getting another 99 cent store, nail salon or sushi place.

Der Kommissar is opening in the old take out spanish place on 5th avenue and 15th.

"Opening SOON along the rapidly gentrifying stretch of 5th Ave between 9th St and Prospect Ave" wow. Rapidly gentrifying is right.

Walk-up window, interesting, I like it (means I can get food while out with my dog, good stuff). Good beer, and the Open Space people return. Looking forward to it~

Yeeeeeeeeep!! I am really excited about a new interesting place in South Slope. WE DON'T WANT MORE 99 CENTS, PLEASE!

But I was planning on opening a place that offers 99 cent sushi while you get your nails done. I thought for sure that would be a winner.

I wish there was a 99 cent store near me.
