Awning Replacement for Apt Building

Need to replace the canvas "skin" of awning at front door of our building. Any suggestions for companies that do this work? Many of the companies we have contacted already will only replace entire canopy (metal frame and canvas skin) and we have been able to get only 1 quote. Thank you.

    I have not called this place yet, but our contractor who has been full of solid rec's gave me this one, though we want a whole new awning over the door. Also, check Brownstoner--there's a lot more home advice there.
